Goal

In our 12C WCC/URM instance, once an item is deleted from the UI, the associated rows are also removed from the database tables. In our lower environment, the rows are persisting with "deleted" status in the database.

How do you configure the WCC/URM server to not remove the items from the database, and instead persist with "deleted" status?
