Corba Client Can Not Call Object Using IOR When Restart Corba Server (Doc ID 2597764.1)

When running CORBA client application using IOR to call CORBA server.

If server side(e.g. ISL) down, it returns omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE as expected.

However , the server side up, object call still fails with omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE.

11gR1,12cR1 worked this scenario.
