Symptoms

Applying the 'U5I2' p29204678_1036_Generic.zip patch removes the execute permission from the <MW_HOME>/wlserver_10.3/common/bin/wlsifconfig.sh. This will cause wlsifconfig.sh can not be executed. It needs to add the execute to the file so it will work.
