Custom Setting Removed from Invoke Activity 'rest.binding.http.Content-Type' Property (Doc ID 2598576.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
You are attempting to invoke a REST server through a BPEL process with a XML payload. You are setting rest.binding.http.Content-Type on the Properties tab to "application/xml; type=XXX; charset=utf-8". But the resulting HTTP request message shows content-type is set to "application/xml;charset=utf-8". The custom setting was removed.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
You should be able to send a custom parameter through property rest.binding.http.Content-Type.
