Upgrade Of OSB Domain Failing with java.lang.NullPointerException (Doc ID 2598827.1)

On : 12.2.1.2.0 version, OSB Installer

When attempting to upgrade OSB domain, the following error occurs.

Upgrade of OSB domain is failing while trying to upgrade from 12.2.1.2 to 12.2.1.3. The issue is the following when executing UA from the new domain home where oracle 12.2.1.3 binaries are placed.
