Symptoms

When trying to select the file for loading through HDL
Navigator>Data Exchange> Import file (could not browse or select any file); the error thrown:
HRC-1035375A connection to the WebCenter Content server could not be established.

WSM-00394 : The OAuth2 policy configuration property token-url has an invalid value of "http://host:port/tokens". The value must point to a valid Oauth token endpoint and should be specified in the form "http(s)://host:port/tokens"; it should not be a null or empty string.
