Running the "SSO User Incremental Reconciliation" job is setting all OIM Users it touches back to "User Type" = "Full-Time Employee".

Issue to Reproduce:

1) Create user in OIM with "User Type" = "Employee" and confirm a SSO LDAP Identity Store account (of "SSO Target" resource) is created
2) Natively modify something on the associated LDAP Identity Store account
3) Run the "SSO User Incremental Reconciliation" job
4) Out-of-box when the recon completes it converts "User Type" from the original value which was set in step #1 to "Full-Time Employee"
