If APEX upgrade was running and you accidentally click "abort" is there a way to recover from this in a multi-tenant database where APEX is installed in the CDB / PDB(s)?
Can you just validate the APEX installation (ex. 18.2) if the upgrade seems to have completed and the only missing part was validate APEX new version?
