Unable To View A Task Form Details Within Oracle BPEL Worklist - No backend server available for connection (Doc ID 2600758.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Fabric

Unable to view a task form details within Oracle BPEL Worklist

When the user selects the task to see the details, the following message is displayed

"Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent".

A new test environment was created for SOA12c.

Changes:
Originally the user got the message "Details not available for this task".
Added the missing URI configuration to the Human Task Component, then we started getting "Error 404 - not found".

Under Task details worklistapp shows
"Failure of Web Server bridge: No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent".

Changes

 The Task Form was deployed manually and not via JDEV
