Java SE Print Dialog "Number of copies" Is Ignored when Printing on Ubuntu 18.04+ (Doc ID 2601310.1)

Symptoms

When printing from a Java application, the "Number of copies" field in the Print dialog is ignored and only one copy is printed even when multiple copies is selected.

The issue can be reproduced on any Java version on Ubuntu Linux 18.04 or higher
1. Install Java SE 8 or higher version.
2. Launch a Java program that uses a print dialog.
3. In the print dialog, select a printer installed in the system, set 'Number of copies' to 2 or more, and press 'Print'.
4. Notice that only one page is printed, even though the expected result is that the selected number of copies printed.

The issue does not occur on Ubuntu Linux 16.04 LTS.
