Symptoms

In the 12.2.1.3.x Federated data grid, some of the Federation MBeans are failing to reflect at runtime for Oracle Coherence. Customer uses Federation MBeans to monitor and do some custom federation operations. Customer is seeing instances when some of the federation MBeans are failing to show all the attributes. In some cases customer is seeing Federation Manager - Coordinator MBean is missing which is essential for regulating the Federation services (start/stop/replicate all). There are no errors as such but we see them disappearing after a restart of app.
