Managed Server's Status Shown as "Unkown" After Enabling SSL on them. (Doc ID 2601823.1)

Symptoms

Admin Server is unable to reconnect to a managed server if the managed server has been enabled to listen on *SSL only*  i.e the HTTP port is *DISABLED* and all the Managed server's health shown as "Unknown" in the Admin console.

Changes

 Managed server was allowed to listen only on SSL port and Admin server on NON-SSL.
