Symptoms

Upgrading SOA Domain from 12.2.1.2.0 to 12.2.1.3.0
reconfig.sh hanging not showing progress even after 17 hours.

reconfig command used is:
  reconfig.sh -log=/tmp/reconfig.log -log_priority=ALL

 

Following entries were repeated continuously in reconfig.log
