On : 11.2.0.3.0 version, Thin JDBC driver
JDBC Thin 11.2.0.3 Client is on Hadoop Cluster trying to communicate to Oracle Database 11.2.0.4 when a job is intermittently failing with below error:
Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
