Goal
When Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS3 (OAM 11.1.2.3) is restarted, idaas.xml,oic_rp.xml and oauth.xml files are getting updated with incorrect hostname. The issue is seen on second OAM node with first nodes hostname.
