Not able to invoke REST based proxy from MQ based proxy/pipeline

Customer has a scenario wherein we need to pull a JSON payload from a IBM MQ and invoke another REST based osb proxyservice in oracle service bus 12.2.1.0. Customer has developed one MQ listener for polling the message from the queue and  not able invoke REST based proxy which is the part of a separate osb project.
