GET_FILE using SOAP Does Not Respond Using DDocTitle (Doc ID 2608809.1)

For the SOAP issue output is retrieved only when the dID is passed

Requirement is to download the output through document Title as the file is uploaded to content server when end user submits the BIP report. The Middleware has to extract the file and interface to third party system . Hence only document title is exposed to middleware

The below combination does not give any response

  <ns2:Field name="dDocTitle">ABS_SAP_PAYROLL_TEST_REPORT</ns2:Field>
   <ucm:Field name="RevisionSelectionMethod">Latest</ucm:Field>
   <ucm:Field name="Rendition">Primary</ucm:Field>

Can that be done?
