Symptoms
Error Installing Oracle FMW Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3.0, " File not found /libntcps12_ee.a.dbl
Same problem as the one described in Doc ID 435111.1: Error While Trying to Install Oracle Forms and Reports 12.2.1.3.0, " File not found /libntcps12_ee.a.dbl" (Doc ID 2435111.1).
However, implemented the recommended solution but it still fails during the installation with following errors.
