Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) to 12.2.1.4 from previous 12c versions such as 12.2.1.0, 12.2.1.3, OHS startup failed with following error

Changes

1. Run Upgrade Assistant (ua) to upgrade "All Schemas Used by the Domain"

2. Run Reconfig Wizard

3. Run UA to upgrade "All Configuration Used by the Domain"
