ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to configure two digit date format in MFT for windows clients
We have external customers that use remote windows FTPs. Oracle FMW 12210 used to support both four digit and two digit yea format.
After upgrading to FMW to 12.2.1.3 we are unable to configure two digit year format on windows FTPs clients for "Recent Date Format" and "Default Date Format".
Is there any patch to fix this issue. Our external clients changing their configuration is not an option
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to configure 2 year digit date format for "Recent Date Format" and "Default Date Format".
