ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With ListSorter set to 'oracle.tip.adapter.file.inbound.listing.TimestampSorterAscending' in the adapter configuration file, the following list of files are not sorted at the millisecond level. The issue is intermittent.

List of files:

-rw-rw-r--. 1 oracle oracle 2689 2019-10-30 07:41:57.100000000 -0400 PO01.XML
-rw-rw-r--. 1 oracle oracle 2691 2019-10-30 07:41:57.200000000 -0400 PO02.XML
-rw-rw-r--. 1 oracle oracle 2460 2019-10-30 07:41:57.300000000 -0400 PO03.XML
-rw-rw-r--. 1 oracle oracle 2460 2019-10-30 07:41:57.400000000 -0400 PO04.XML

Actual sequence of processing:

PO04.XML
PO02.XML
PO03.XML
PO01.XML

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Files should be sorted according to the entire timestamp.
