Form level Javascript validation has been implemented on a field in a Portal form.
The Javascript validation produces an Alert if validation fails.

When the Return or Enter key is pressed by the user instead of the Submit button the following error occurs:

An unexpected error occured: ORA-01403: no data found (WWV-16016)
