Symptoms

MySQL Extract is abended with the following errors:

2019-06-20T00:11:41.701-0700 ERROR OGG-00146 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for MySQL, EXTXXX.prm: Call to VAMInitialize returned with error status 600: VAM Client Report   Also try specifying the path to the log index file by using the TRANLOGOPTIONS parameter with the ALTLOGDEST option. - REMOTE
  WHEN FAILED : While initializing binary log
  WHERE FAILED : MySQLBinLog Reader Module
  CONTEXT OF FAILURE : No Information Available!>.
