On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Customer Import
Files are not importing due to virus scanning issue. Attempt to import data using Load Interface file to Import process results in error.
An error occurred during virus scanning operation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.-ESS New Process:
- Name : Load Interface File for Import.
- Import Process: Import Trading Community Data in Bulk
- Upload File
