"You are not allowed to alter a user's login ID" Error Updating the LoginName In BMC Connector (Doc ID 2613518.1)

Using the BMC Remedy User Management and provisioned a BMC account to a user in OIM. When updating the LoginName field in the application form of the provisioned BMC account in OIM, it does not work and Login ID is not updated in the BMC target.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Provision a user in OIM with BMC User Management application created using the BMC Remedy User Management connector.

2) After the user is provisioned, modify the same BMC application account provisioned to the user and update the LoginName.
