Symptoms

Upon installing Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12.2.1.3.0, the Repository Creation Utility fails against a Oracle 19c (19.3) database and the rcu.log shows these errors:

"Received Non-Ignorable Error: ORA-27486: insufficient privileges".


Errors report insufficient privileges in the Repository Creation Utility (RCU) log (rcu.log) as shown below:
