Symptoms

Deployed MTOM client application to weblogic 12.2.1.3. When the application pass to weblogic, MTOM API and MTOM submitted SOAP request to a remote server, Bulkexchangefile was reset to empty.
As a result, the MTOM remote server complaint about the MTOM not enabled.
