If Admin UI Is Broken And Not Accessible, Is There a Way to Access the Sites UI Search Functionality? (Doc ID 2614943.1)

Goal

Have urgent need to access the Sites UI search functionality to re-index broken lucene index. However after login into the Sites UI, the Admin UI is blank and not accessible. Until the Admin UI is fixed, is there a way to access the Sites UI search functionality now?
