When Using HTTPs Port Only on the Managed Server and Adminserver, The Managed Server Health becomes "Not Reachable" Status from the Admin Console (Doc ID 2615305.1)

Symptoms

When using https port only on the managed server and admin server, the managed server status becomes "Not Reachable" and JMX connectivity error is thrown in the log file.

AdminServer.log shows the warning message as below samples.
