"ODI-14213: Input parameter Region is not valid" Error Connecting to Oracle Object Storage from ODI Topology (Doc ID 2615880.1)

Symptoms

When trying to test an Oracle Object Storage Data Server connection with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) in an OCI environment, the following error occurs:

This error is observed only for Object Storage present in some regions (for example, ap-mumbai-1, ca-toronto-1, ap-sydney-1, ap-tokyo-1, and ap-seoul-1) however, it works fine for other regions (like us-ashburn-1 and eu-frankfurt-1).

The configuration parameters (Private Key file, Passphrase, Fingerprint, etc) of the Oracle Object Storage Data Server were provided correctly like mentioned in the following Oracle blog:
