Exalogic: Management Network and ILOM Access Not working on Compute Nodes (Doc ID 2616120.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic racks, Sometimes issue is noticed where Management Network and ILOM access does not work on one or more Compute Nodes.

This issue can be seen in both Exalogic Physical and Virtual racks. In Exalogic Virtual racks, accessing the affected Dom0 Compute Nodes over xenbr0 Management network IP and ILOM IP does not work.

There are no changes to either Management networks or ILOM networks on Compute Nodes.
