Delays Seem In Jolt During Load And High Concurrency Testing (Doc ID 2616890.1)

Symptoms

In an environment where service requests are coming from WebLogic Server via Jolt Client, the thread dumps on WebLogic Server shows many threads waiting to receive response back from Tuxedo Jolt.
