Qn1:On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, Technology Adapters

Error sending larger pdf file attachment via a soa web service,

When trying to send a payload with a base64 pdf file attachment via a soa web service, I am getting the error that is shown in the doc attached to this ticket. Since other smaller payloads go through fine, I suspect the issue happens when the payload reaches a certain size. Can you take a look and let me know if there is something that needs to be done to accept payloads such as this. Sending attachments is a requirement for the Contractor Management Module communications back to the IRS ABIS system.
