OAG Instance 2 Not Starting Up

Symptoms
In OAG 11.1.2.4 (SP6), there are two nodes. Node2 is not starting up.
Even though the nodemanager in node starts fine, nothing is logged to the nodemanager log file when trying to access it via the console,
which fails with 503 error. Also, node1 managedomain gives this error when it tries to connect to node2.
WHAT IS WORKING
---------------
Node1 (admin nodemanager) is starting fine.
Nodemanager in node2 starts fine also but the console can not be reached in node2
