Symptoms
One of the application environments is upgraded from WebLogic Server 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3. After the upgrade, the deployed application does not come to the "active" state.
- The same application works properly on a 12.2.1.4 Weblogic server.
The Weblogic Server 12.2.1.3 logs shows the following error:
