Jolt 12.2.2 JBLD Tool is Giving LIBTMIB_CAT:602 Error When count=120000 (Doc ID 2617929.1)

Symptoms

On : Jolt 12.2.2.0 JBLD tool is giving LIBTMIB_CAT:602 error, the field use a count=120000, when it set with a lower number value its works fine. However this parameter and others was used as is in the previous version of Tuxedo(12.1.3) with no issue!
