Symptoms

BPEL instance is in running state for long time and getting below message in the audit trail:
"Rolled back to previous dehydration point but the audit trail has been saved. You can recover console by resubmitting the callback message or activity for execution"

And in the log :

7ffd-000000000720b2e4,1:5980924] [APP: soa-infra] failed to handle message[[
java.sql.SQLException: Connection closed
at weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.JTAConnection.getXAConn(JTAConnection.java:213)
