Symptoms
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On: Logon Manager
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Users are prompted to authenticate by ESSO after logging onto the Windows workstation and opening an ESSO protected application.
EXPECTED BEHVIOR
The authentication process should be seamless during the user's initial logon to the Windows desktop so the user should not have to enter their Windows password again when opening an ESSO protected application.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
- Logon to the Windows workstation with ESSO Logon Manager installed.
- Open an application that is predefined with an application template in Logon Manager.
