Why Oracle Traffic Director Instance cwallet.sso file Not Getting Updated With New Certificates? (Doc ID 2619416.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version,

Imported new certificates to keystore. When associating the new certificate to the listener and activating the changes, the following error can be seen.


The cwallet.sso file located in OTD instance config directory not getting updated with the new certificates which is causing the issue.
