Symptoms
On : APEX 19.2 version
When attempting to use P-Track application,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Session state protection violation: This may be caused by manual alteration of protected page item P48_COMPLETED_BY. If you are unsure what caused this error, please contact the application administrator for assistance.
Contact your application administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create P-Track application.
2. Run P-Track application.
3. Navigate to "Payment System".
4. Click "Milestones".
5. Click "First Application Reviewed".
6. Click "Edit Milestone".
7. Change status from "Open" to "Close".
8. Click "Apply Changes".
9. Error produces.
