[FMW12c] Right/Left Arrow Keys Wont Move to Cancel Button of Message dialog (Doc ID 2621781.1)

Symptoms

The right and left arrow keys, which worked in 10gR2, will not go to the Cancel button of Message dialog in 12c.

e.g.

 1. Query record and make a change
 2. Select to EXIT and the save dialog box pops up
 3. There are 3 choices: YES NO and CANCEL

The tab key will move between them, but the arrow keys will not go the the Cancel button.

Changes

 update to Forms 12c or new install Forms 12c.
