Symptoms
When accessing an Oracle Access Manager resource protected by a WebGate, after authentication a "Bad Oracle Access Manager Request" is returned in the browser when the WebGate callback is made to the http(s)://<WEBSERVER_NAME>:<WEBSERVER_PORT/obrar.cgi?encreply=<ENCRYPTED_VALUE> URL.
- This issue may or may not be intermittent.
- From the WebGate logs (webgate.log or oblog.log) an error similar to the following is found:
