Unable To Login to OIM After Creating UDF (Doc ID 2623376.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.181009 version, Infrastructure

Getting error when tried to login on identity after created an UDF.

Created UDF on sysadmin link and then publish sandbox. When tried to login on identity getting below error:

Error 500--Internal Server Error

javax.servlet.ServletException: oracle.iam.identity.exception.UserManagerException: oracle.iam.selfservice.exception.AuthSelfServiceException: No user found for the criteria usr_key-1.

at oracle.bpel.services.workflow.client.worklist.util.WorkflowFilter.doFilter(WorkflowFilter.java:175)
at weblogic.servlet.internal.FilterChainImpl.doFilter(FilterChainImpl.java:56)
at oracle.bpel.services.workflow.client.worklist.util.DisableUrlSessionFilter.doFilter(DisableUrlSessionFilter.java:70)
at weblogic.servlet.internal.FilterChainImpl.doFilter(FilterChainImpl.java:56)

Error log in oim.out as:
<ORA-00904: "USR"."USR_UDF_<NAME>": invalid identifier

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00904: "USR"."USR_UDF_<NAME>": invalid identifier
 
oracle.iam.platform.entitymgr.exception.ValidationFailedException: Error loading user for user id 1.

Tried below steps to revert sandbox changes but still issue persist after creating a new UDF:
