For OIM, getting error when tried to login on OIM Identity Self Service console after creating a custom UDF.

Created a custom UDF in Identity System Administration link and published the sandbox. When tried to login on identity getting below error:

Tried below steps to revert sandbox changes but still issue persist after creating a new custom UDF:
