Goal

  When trying to upgrade the ADF application from 11.1.1.6.0 to 12.2.1.4.0.

  Application is compiled without any errors, but while running the application,getting the webservice connectivity issues, which was not happened in the 11G.

  How to disable the validation of the webservice url connectivity check.
