Issue Disabling An Account In AS400 Target When The User Is Disabled Through Trusted Reconciliation (Doc ID 2623838.1)

Goal

On : 11.1.2.3.190922 version, Reconciliation

Disable an account in AS400 target when the user is disabled through trusted reconciliation

The trusted source for an employee in JDE HR system. Whenever a user is disabled in trusted source (JDE HR) which leads to disabling the user in OIM through trusted reconciliation, the target AS400 account for that user which was provisioned is not getting disabled.

The error seen in the log file when trusted reconciliation is run:
