Slow Performance when opening the OIG My Information page (Doc ID 2624957.1)

Symptoms

Customer has one or more UDF fields linked to lookups associated with the User Profile (USR table).  The lookups are large -- each containing 5000 or more distinct values (rows in LKV table).  When any user attempts to view their My Information page, the page takes between 30-60 seconds to display.  For this specific issue, that same performance is experienced both the first time and on subsequent displays of the same My Information page.
