Ogg v12.3 pump extract generates partial trail file when target is with v11.2.x (Doc ID 2625182.1)

Pump extract when stopped and restarted, it generates two trail files.

The first one will just have a fileheader and partial record and the second trail file will have the actual records.

Due to the bad trail file getting created , the replicat will get stuck on that bad trail file and will not move forward.
