Symptoms

Running the OdiSqlUnload command in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and using a format OTHER than 'yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm:ss' results in only the time written to the file, instead of the expected time and date format.

For example, the following usage results in only the time in the format 'HH:MM:SS', not the entire date and time:
