Symptoms

A Custom Web Application that is using custom authenticator is failing to return users to a login page after their session times out.
Following Null Pointer Exception observed in WebLogic server logs.

Changes

Upgrade WebLogic from 12.1.1.0 to 12.2.1.3.0

or

Upgrade WebLogic from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0
