Exalogic Virtual: New vServer Creation From EMOC Failing With "uuid is null or empty" Error Intermittently Due to Temporary Overload (Doc ID 2627574.1)

Issue mentioned in this Note can happen on all Exalogic Virtual releases/PSUs - 2.0.6.0.X, 2.0.6.1.X, 2.0.6.2.X, 2.0.6.3.X, 2.0.6.4.X

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual Racks, Intermittently issue is noticed when creating new vServers from EMOC. New vServer creation fails with following "uuid is null or empty" error in EMOC Job logs at "Clone Virtual Machine" task at OVMM level.

Issue mentioned in this Note can happen on all Exalogic Virtual releases/PSUs.
